General Information

• Opt-In to Messages: By opting into our services, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Indy Clover, LLC. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided or any other number you designate.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Additional messages may be sent based on your interaction with Indy Clover. We reserve the right to adjust message frequency at any time.
• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless provider for details.
• Consent: Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile Messaging and Cancellation

• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by texting “STOP.” You will receive a confirmation text. To rejoin, opt in again as you did initially.
• Support: Text “HELP” for assistance or contact accounts@indyclover.com.

Privacy and Data Usage

• Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties.
• If you change your mobile number, you agree to notify us or text “STOP” from your previous number.
• Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

Messaging Program Terms

• Indy Clover reserves the right to modify or terminate messaging services at any time.
• Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

SELLER TERMS

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

• Indy Clover takes reasonable steps to organize and protect inventory.
• Indy Clover is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Supplies Reimbursement Fee

• A $3 weekly supplies reimbursement fee will be deducted from Seller payouts.
• This fee covers tags, hangers, barbs, bins, and related supplies.

Commission Split and Fees

• Indy Clover retains 1/3 (33.34%) of total revenue.
• Seller retains 2/3 (66.66%) of total revenue.
• Credit card fees and other fees follow the same split.

Commission Payout

• Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days after the final selling day.
• Payouts are issued via Venmo.
• Sellers must provide accurate Venmo details.
• Sellers must pick up all items to receive payout.
• Failure to Pick-Up:
  Items not picked up may be donated.

Cancellations

• Sellers may reschedule with at least 48 hours notice.
• Indy Clover does not offer refunds on booth rentals.
• Sellers may cancel at any time.

First Booking Policy

• First booking is risk-free.
• If Seller earnings do not exceed booth cost, Indy Clover will cover the difference.

Renewal Policy

• Indy Clover may deny booth renewal if the booth does not make at least the cost for two consecutive weeks.

Management Discretion

• Indy Clover reserves the right to remove Seller’s items at any time, for any reason.
• Indy Clover is not responsible for compensation on removed items.
• Indy Clover does not allow counterfeit or duplicate premium brand items to be sold.
• Indy Clover cannot authenticate items.
• Indy Clover does not allow the sale of premium brand items regardless of authenticity claims, including but not limited to:
  
  • Louis Vuitton
  • Gucci
  • Prada
  • Balenciaga
  • Chanel
  • Dior
  • Fendi
  • YSL
  • Goyard
  • Any other premium brand as determined by Store Manager discretion.

Discount Policy

• Indy Clover reserves the right to offer promotions or discounts at any time.
• Discounts apply to the total sale amount and impact both Indy Clover and Seller commissions.

APPOINTMENT (BOOKING) TERMS

• Users must agree to these Terms before booking.
• Updated Terms require re-acceptance before future bookings.

GENERAL TERMS

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the store operates.

Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between Seller and Indy Clover.

Modification

Indy Clover may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Acknowledgment

By booking a booth or selling with Indy Clover, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
